2012 U.S.-Bahrain FTA Agriculture TRQs Announced

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memorandum on the 2012 tariff rate quotas for agricultural products described in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter XIV, U.S. Notes 3 through 12, with respect to the U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement (BFTA).

CBP adds that "BH" should be used as the primary SPI indicator. Entry type codes 02, 06, 07, 12, 23, 32, 38, or 52 should be used.
