- Report on impact of ATPA. The Secretary of Labor transmitted the 2011 report (covering trade in calendar year 2010) relative to the impact of the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) on U.S. trade and employment. (EC-4198)
- ITAR amendments. The Department of State transmitted proposed amendments to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). (4104) The Department also transmitted reports relative to a proposed revision of the U.S. Munitions List (USML) Category XIX and USML Category VII in part 121 of the ITAR. (EC-4391) (EC-4392)
