Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. Each day, Trade Law Daily subscribers receive a daily headline email, in-depth PDF edition and access to all relevant documents via our trade law source document library and website.

These sunset reviews have short deadlines for participants, with some as short as 10 days after the date of initiation. The orders will be revoked unless the ITA finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the ITC finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to U.S. industry. As a result, a negative determination by either the ITA or ITC would result in the revocation of the order.

(See ITA and ITC notices for additional details, including the due dates for participants and the ITA and ITC contact parties for the orders. See ITT's Online Archives 11110352 for summary of ITA and ITC's advance notice of this December 1, 2011 sunset review.)
