The International Trade Administration is publishing notices in the October 27, 2011 Federal Register on the following AD/CV proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, the scope, affected firms, or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

- Japan, Certain Large Diameter Carbon and Alloy Seamless Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe (Over 4½ Inches) (A-588-850) - Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review (note that the rates for the 4 subject companies did not change as there were no shipments exported by these four; however, ITA states that any shipments produced by these firms, but exported by other parties, will be liquidated at the All Others rate.
