On September 13, 2011, the following trade-related bills were introduced:

  • Taiwan. A bill to designate Taiwan as a visa waiver program country under section 217(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (S. 1545)
  • DHS authorization. A bill to authorize certain programs of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes (S. 1546)
  • Ex-Im Bank reauthorization. A bill to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and for other purposes (S. 1547)
  • Nat'l Infrastructure Bank. A bill to establish the National Infrastructure Bank to provide financial assistance for qualified infrastructure projects selected by the Bank, and for other purposes (S. 1550)
  • China MFN withdrawal. A bill to withdraw normal trade relations treatment from the products of the People's Republic of China, to provide for a balanced trade relationship between that country and the United States, and for other purposes (H.R. 2909)
