On August 5, 2011, the ITC determined that the respondent interested party group response to the institution of the five-year Sunset Review was inadequate. The ITC did not find any other circumstances that would warrant conducting a full review. Accordingly, the ITC determined that it would conduct an expedited review. The ITC has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.
