House Passes Bill with Light Bulb Prohibition, HMF Amendments

  • prohibit the implementation or enforcement of higher efficiency light bulb standards;
  • prohibit funding to expand the authorized uses of the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund; and
  • prohibit funding for Department of Energy International Programs in China.
