- Temporary duty suspensions. A bill to authorize the International Trade Commission to develop and recommend legislation for temporarily suspending duties, and for other purposes (S. 1162).
- Button cell batteries. A bill to protect children and other consumers against hazards associated with the accidental ingestion of button cell batteries by requiring the Consumer Product Safety Commission to promulgate consumer product safety standards to require child-resistant closures on remote controls and other consumer products that use such batteries, and for other purposes (S. 1165)
- Food commodity payments. A bill to amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to restore integrity to and strengthen payment limitation rules for commodity payments and benefits (S. 1161)
- Shipping of horses for consumption, etc. A bill to amend the Horse Protection Act to prohibit the shipping, transporting, moving, delivering, receiving, possessing, purchasing, selling, or donation of horses and other equines to be slaughtered for human consumption, and for other purposes (S. 1176)
