China Activated Carbon: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain activated carbon from China (A-570-904) for the period of April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010.

Preliminary Results Not in Effect, May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended. Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
