Census Announces Destination Code Changes in AES

The Census Bureau has issued an Automated Export System (AES) broadcast announcing that AES has been updated for the following Port of Export Code changes effective immediately.

The following Country of Destination code has been deleted from AES:

Census states that for shipments destined to Netherlands Antilles the 4-digit country code and ISO code to be reported are the current codes for the Netherlands, 4210 and NL.

The following Country of Destination codes have been added to AES:

All AESPcLink users must update their AES code tables to reflect the update to the Ports of Export. Users of AESDirect who file via the website at www.aesdirect.gov will have their code tables updated via the program automatically.
