- Waiver of PLO restrictions. The Department of State transmitted a determination to waive for a period of six months the restrictions of Section 1003 (on Prohibitions regarding the Palestine Liberation Organization) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, Public Law 100-204, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs. - Report on PLO waiver. The Department of State transmitted a report relative to the issuance of a determination to waive certain restrictions on maintaining a Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Office in Washington and on the receipt and expenditure of PLO funds for a period of six months, to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
