  • Italy restrictions on archaeological imports. The Department of State transmitted a report relative to the extension of the Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. and Italy concerning the imposition of import restrictions on categories of archaeological material representing the pre-classical, classical and imperial Roman periods of Italy, to the Committee on Finance.   • National emergency with Somalia. The Department of the Treasury transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency with respect to Somalia that was declared in Executive Order 13536 of April 12, 2010, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs. (954)
