  • Arms Export Control Act. The Department of State transmitted Transmittal No. DDTC 10-139 and 10-116, pursuant to the reporting requirements of Section 36(c) of the Arms Export Control Act, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs (852, 853)
  • Export of defense articles. The Department of State transmitted the certification of a proposed technical assistance agreement for the export of defense articles, to include technical data, and defense services to support the design, manufacture and delivery of the SATMEX 8 Commercial Communication Satellite to Mexico in the amount of $50,000,000 or more, to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
