The Office of the Director of National Intelligence transmitted an annual report on acquisition by foreign countries dual-use and other technology useful for the development or production of weapons of mass destruction (including nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, biological weapons) and advanced conventional munitions'' covering January 1 to December 31, 2010 to the Committee on Intelligence.
