Senate Transport Committee Chair Urges Reform of Freight Railroad Policy

On March 3, 2011, Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee Chairman Rockefeller (D) issued a statement after the U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General released a report on the quality of service provided to rail shippers.
