ITC Votes to Revoke AD Order on Russian Magnesium

The International Trade Commission has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on magnesium from Russia would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, the existing AD duty order on imports of this product from Russia will be revoked.
