Senators Send Letter to OMB on USDA Proposal to Revise Ag Trade Program
On January 26, 2011, Senator Chambliss (R), Ranking Member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, and Senator Roberts (R) sent a letter to the Office of Management and Budget urging the reduction of burdensome and ineffective regulations impacting U.S. agriculture. The letter includes a list of regulations and proposals that the Senators urge OMB to consider a priority for review under the President’s recently ordered regulatory review.
