have country-specific allocations in 2011. Russia increased the U.S. frozen beef quota allocation from 21,700 to 41,700 MT while making the equivalent reduction to “other countries”. Fresh beef, pork, and pork trimming TRQ remain unchanged from 2010. The remaining TRQ quantities will be distributed to importers by April 15, 2010.
