President Signs Asian Carp Prevention and Control Act into Law
The White House has announced that on December 14 ,2010, the President signed into law S. 1421, the “Asian Carp Prevention and Control Act,” which prohibits the importation into the U.S. or interstate shipment of a species of Asian carp.
