Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. - Gas-fired appliances. CPSC staff and the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) to discuss safety issues with gas-fired appliances; 12/15/10.
- Motorcycles, ATVs. Chairman Tenenbaum and the American Motorcycle Association, MX Sports, Cobra Motorcycles, to discuss the current stay of enforcement of the lead provisions of the CPSIA as it related to motorcycles and ATVs; 12/09/10
