2011 TRQ for Butter Substitutes Opens January 3

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2011 tariff rate quota for butter substitutes provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 14 will open on January 3, 2011 with a low-duty quantity of 6,080,500 kg.
