Senate Passes Bill to Prevent Import, Shipment of Certain Carp
On November 17, 2010, the Senate passed the Asian Carp Prevention and Control Act (S. 1421), to amend section 42 of title 18, U.S. Code, to prohibit the importation and shipment of certain species of carp.
