State Dept Forwards Proposed Export Licenses, Etc. to Congress
The State Department has forwarded 15 notifications of proposed export licenses to the Congress pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act, which include certifications of proposed licenses, manufacturing license agreements, and technical assistance agreements for the export of defense articles.
