FDA's OASIS System May Have Been Down on Morning of Nov 6
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that FDA's OASIS Import System may be down for maintenance on November 6, 2010 starting at approximately 3:30 a.m. and was not anticipated to be back up until 5:30 a.m. As a result, FDA would be operating under the Prior Notice Scenario 2 contingency.
