Harmonized System Update – Changes to the 2010 HTS
CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing recent changes to the 2010 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS Update No. 1005). This update contains 496 ABI records and 92 harmonized tariff records.

This update contains modifications made as a result of the 484(f) Committee. These changes are effective November 1, 2010. Adjustments required by the verification of the 2010 HTS are also included. The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
