FDA's OASIS System Down on Morning of October 30
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that FDA's OASIS Import System would be down for scheduled maintenance on October 30, 2010 starting at approximately 2:00 a.m. and was not anticipated to be back up until 6:00 a.m. As a result, FDA would be operating under the Prior Notice Scenario 2 contingency.
