Port of Chicago Issues Single Transaction Bond Guidelines
CBP's Port of Chicago has issued a Pipeline providing guidelines for preparing Single Transaction Bonds (STBs). According to the Port, it conducted a review of consumption entries submitted with STBs that showed the its bond guidelines (as set forth in Chicago Pipeline 00-08) are not being followed.
