Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. Each day, Trade Law Daily subscribers receive a daily headline email, in-depth PDF edition and access to all relevant documents via our trade law source document library and website.

(The purpose of this document is to outline entry summary processing in ACE. Processing entry summaries in ACE will change the system of record for these import related transactions from a paper-based system to a true electronic system of record keeping. Such a change requires revised operational policies and procedures and this document addresses those changes. This document will be a living document as the different entry summary types and associated downstream processing migrate from the Automated Commercial System (ACS) to ACE.)

Minor Revisions Made, PSC Information Not Included

According to a CSMS message on the revised document being posted, a list of minor revisions has been added at the end of the document in order to assist with finding ACE policy document updates.

Post Summary Correction (PSC) functionality has not been added into the document since the functionality is not available at this time and its deployment has been delayed.
