C-TPAT Reaches 10,000 Members

CBP has announced that the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program has surpassed 10,000 members. The C-TPAT Director noted that achieving 10,000 members indicates that the program is meeting the needs of the trade community.

Approximately half of C-TPAT members companies are small or mid sized, having less than fifty employees. C-TPAT importer partners are responsible for approximately 50% by value of all imported merchandise into the U.S.
