CBP Memo on FY 2011 Raw Cane Sugar TRQ Allocations
CBP has issued a memorandum providing the country-specific in-quota allocations for the fiscal year 2011 raw cane sugar tariff rate quota. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently announced that the raw cane sugar has been authorized to open a month early and will open on September 1, 2010.
