CPSC Seeks Comments on Draft Strategic Plan for 2011-2016
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a draft 2011-2016 Strategic Plan for public comment by August 9, 2010.

According to CPSC, the plan recognizes and accounts for CPSC’s new legislative mandates, the growing global supply chain, and technological advances in consumer products. It also reflects CPSC’s commitment to proactively address and reduce consumer product hazards and is the result of a six-month strategic planning process involving a wide range of internal and external CPSC stakeholders.
