CPSC Officially Votes to Publish Children's Carpet/Vinyl Plastic Film Lab Notices

With her vote, the Commission will now publish the two lab accreditation notices which will trigger the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act third-party testing and certification requirements 90 days after publication. Chairman Nord posted a statement opposing the vote.
