DHS Secretary Announces Additional Recovery Act Funding for Airport Security Technologies
On June 2, 2010, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano announced approximately $78 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding for airport security technology projects - designed to enhance the Transportation Security Administration's efforts to strengthen security at airports.
