FMC Issues Order, Approves Settlement Involving World Chance Logistics
The Federal Maritime Commission has issued an order, which among other things, approves the Settlement Agreement between the Bureau of Enforcement and World Chance Logistics (Hong Kong) Ltd. and discontinues the proceeding.
