State Dept Lifts Export Denial Policy for Tula Instrument Design

The State Department is lifting the policy of denial of applications for export licenses or other approvals for Tula Instrument Design Bureau pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, effective May 24, 2010.
