AD: Argentina Barbed Wire and Barbless Fencing Wire

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is revoking the antidumping duty order on barbed wire and barbless fencing wire from Argentina.

The ITA states that it did not receive a notice of intent to participate in the AD sunset review from domestic interested parties by the deadline date; therefore, it finds that no domestic interested party intends to participate in the review.

AD Duty Order Revoked Effective September 20, 2009

The ITA is revoking this AD duty order effective September 20, 2009. The ITA will issue instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, 15 days after October 1, 2009, to terminate the suspension of liquidation of the merchandise subject to this order with a time of entry on or after September 20, 2009.

Entries of subject merchandise prior to the effective date of revocation will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD duty cash deposit requirements. The ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of this order and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to September 20, 2009 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
