ITC Updates its List of Current AD and CV Duty Orders
The International Trade Commission has posted to its Web site an updated list of current antidumping and countervailing duty orders.

The ITC's updated list includes AD and CV duty orders in place as of July 1, 2009, and provides the following information for each of the AD and CV duty orders (partial list):
AD or CV duty order date
ITC case number
International Trade Administration (ITA) case number
Product description
Country
List of AD/CV Duty Orders Now Presented in Excel Spreadsheet Format
The ITC now makes the list available on its Web site as an Excel spreadsheet, which contains separate "sheets" for sorts by country, date of order, general product group, and tentative case grouping, as well as revocations since January 1, 2006.

ITC sources have previously stated that the list of AD and CV duty orders is updated periodically when a new AD or CV duty order has been issued, an existing AD or CV duty order is revoked, etc.
