CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that access to ABI was intermittent on May 18, 2009 as filers were experiencing ongoing interruptions in connections when attempting to sign on to VPN. The Data Center was made aware of the problem and a ticket was opened. 3. Proposed Revocation of Rulings/Treatment on Admissibility of Certain Knives
In its May 22, 2009 Customs Bulletin, CBP is proposing the revocation of four rulings and the revocation of treatment relating to the admissibility of certain knives with spring-assisted opening mechanisms.
