2. CBP Proposes Revocation of Ruling/Treatment on a Greenhouse Tunnel
In its February 12, 2009 Customs Bulletin, CBP is proposing to revoke a ruling and treatment relating to the tariff classification of a certain greenhouse tunnel. Comments must be received on or before March 14, 2009. 3. CBP Modifies Ruling, Revokes Treatment on Metal Balusters
CBP is modifying a ruling and revoking treatment relating to the tariff classification of metal balusters. This action is in its February 12, 2009 Customs Bulletin, and is effective for goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 13, 2009. 2009 CLP bulletin. CBP has posted its 2009 Carrier Liaison Program Bulletin which provides, among other things, an updated list of Six-Month Club Members. Citizens of countries listed are exempt from the six-month rule and need only have a passport valid for their intended period of stay.
