2. DDTC Announces Name Change for Goodrich
The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has posted a notice announcing a name change notice for Goodrich Control Systems. Effective December 31, 2008, three Goodrich Control Systems operations in the United Kingdom will be renamed Rolls-Royce Goodrich Engine Controls Systems Ltd. as a result of a joint venture between Goodrich Corporation and Rolls-Royce plc.
