CV: Korea DRAMs
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is revoking the countervailing duty order on dynamic random access memory semiconductors (DRAMs) from Korea.

The ITA states that it is taking this action as the domestic interested party did not file a substantive response by the applicable deadline and has withdrawn its notice of intent to participate in the sunset review on this order.
CV Duty Order Revoked Effective August 11, 2008
The ITA is revoking this CV duty order effective August 11, 2008. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of CV cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after August 11, 2008.
Entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry prior to the effective date of revocation will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and CV duty deposit requirements.
The ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of this order and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to August 11, 2008 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
