2. Business Forum Held to Increase Commerce between U.S. and Mongolia
The Commerce Department has issued a press release announcing that the Mongolian government, the North America-Mongolia Business Council, and the Commerce Department recently hosted the third annual U.S-Mongolia Business Forum designed to increase business ties and commercial opportunities between the two countries. 3. USTR Determines Not to Include Any Countries on Airport List
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has issued a notice that it has determined not to include any countries on the list of countries that deny fair market opportunities for U.S. products, suppliers, or bidders in foreign government-funded airport construction projects. 5. TWIC Enrollment to Begin May 1, 2008 for Hueneme, CA

6. Amendment to U.S./Australasia Discussion Agreement Filed with FMC
The Federal Maritime Commission has issued a notice announcing that amendment no. 011117-045 has been filed to the U.S./Australasia Discussion Agreement. The amendment deletes U.S. Lines Limited as a party to the agreement, reflecting the merger with ANL Singapore Pte Ltd. 7. TTB Final Rule on Certification Requirements for Imported Natural Wine
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has issued a notice that it is adopting as a final rule, without change, the temporary regulations implementing the certification requirements for imported natural wine.
