2. Mexico Embarks on 5-Year $250 Billion Infrastructure Program

4. ITA Final Rule on AD/CV Duty Proceedings, APO Procedures
The International Trade Administration has issued a final rule, effective February 21, 2008, amending its regulations in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings governing information submitted to the ITA and administrative protective orders in order to improve ITA's procedures and provide clarification to some aspects of its regulations.
