3. USTR Corrects Email Address in U.S.-Israel Agricultural Agreement Notice

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has issued a correction to its October 16, 2007 notice on the review and renegotiation of the U.S.-Israel Agreement on Trade in Agricultural Products. 4. CBP Proposes Rule on Advance Information for Private Aircraft

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a proposed rule to, among other things, require the pilot of any private aircraft arriving in the U.S. from a foreign port or location or departing the U.S. for a foreign port or location to transmit to CBP an advance electronic transmission of information regarding each individual traveling onboard the aircraft. Written comments are due by November 19, 2007. 5. FSIS Updates Export Requirements for Russia, Japan, EU, and Korea

6. FMCSA to Issue New Proposed Rule on Driver Records of Duty Status

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has issued a notice withdrawing its November 3, 2004 supplemental proposed rule that proposed requirements for the collection and use of documents to verify the accuracy of driver records of duty status. The FMCSA intends to publish a new proposed rule at a later date. 7. AMS Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Imported Grapes, Etc.

The Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a notice announcing that it is reopening the comment period on its proposed changes to the regulatory period when minimum grade, size, quality, and maturity requirements apply to southeastern California grapes under Marketing Order No. 925 (order) and to imported grapes under the table grape import regulation. 8. OFAC Designates Two Individuals, Five Entities Under Terrorism EO

The Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a notice publishing the names of two newly-designated individuals and five newly-designated entities whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13224, "Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism." 9. Shipping Coordinating Committee to Hold Open Meeting on November 9th

The State Department has issued a notice announcing that its Shipping Coordinating Committee will conduct an open meeting November 9, 2007 in Washington, DC. The purpose of the meeting is to finalize preparations for the 24th Extraordinary Session of Council, 99th Session of Council and 25th Session of the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), which are scheduled for November 15-30, 2007, in London.
