AD: Netherlands Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice which establishes an earlier effective date than that established in the original notice of revocation of the antidumping duty order for certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands.

AD Duty Order Now Revoked Effective November 29, 2006 (from April 23, 2007)
According to the ITA, revocation of the AD duty order for subject merchandise is now effective November 29, 2006. The order was originally revoked effective April 23, 2007.

Liquidation Instructions, Discontinuation of Cash Deposit Collection
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate, without regard to AD duties, entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after November 29, 2006.
The ITA will also instruct CBP to discontinue collection of cash deposits of AD duties for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after November 29, 2006.
