AD: Argentina, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico Oil Country Tubular Goods
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is revoking the antidumping duty orders on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Italy, Japan, Korea, and Mexico as the International Trade Commission has determined in its five-year sunset reviews that revocation of these AD duty orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.

AD Duty Orders Revoked Effective July 25, 2006
The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits on entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after July 25, 2006, the effective date of revocation of these AD duty orders.
The ITA adds that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these AD duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to July 25, 2006 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
