2. USDA Raises Agricultural Exports Forecast to $78 Billion for FY 2007

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) has issued a press release stating that U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns announced an increase in the forecast of agricultural exports to a record $78 billion for fiscal year (FY) 2007. 3. State Dept Proposes to Reorganize, Restructure, Update Passport Regs

The State Department has issued a proposed rule which would reorganize, restructure, and update the passport regulations contained in 22 CFR Part 51 in order to make them easier for the users to access the information, to better reflect current practices and changes in statutory authority, and to remove outdated provisions.
