AD/CV: Taiwan Carbon Steel Plate, 10 Countries Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice announcing that it is revoking the antidumping (AD) and/or countervailing (CV) duty orders on carbon steel plate from Taiwan, and cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Belgium, Brazil, Finland, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

CBP to Discontinue Suspension of Liquidation and Cash Deposit Collection for Entries On or After December 15, 2005
The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after December 15, 2005.
The ITA notes that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these orders or finding and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective date of revocation in response to appropriately filed requests for review.

ITA sources state that the notice of revocation of the AD and/or CV duty orders for corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Australia, Canada, France, and Japan, which in previous notices have been included with the carbon steel products listed in this notice, is expected be published in a separate notice later this week.
