2. FDA Proposes Definition, Alternative Labeling Requirements Option for Convenience Size OTC Drug Packages

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to amend its final rule that established standardized format and content requirements for the labeling of over-the-counter (OTC) drug products. Specifically, FDA is proposing a definition and the option of alternative labeling requirements for "convenience-size" OTC drug packages. Written comments on the FDA's proposed rule are due by April 11, 2007. 3. OFAC Designates Nine Individuals, Two Entities Under Terrorism EO

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a notice publishing the names of nine newly-designated individuals and two newly-designated entities, effective December 6, 2006, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13224, "Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism."
