2. OFAC Blocks Property of One Additional Entity Under EO 13382

The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a notice which publishes the names of one newly-designated entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13382 (Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters). The entity is Great Wall Airlines Company Limited (aka Great Wall Airlines; aka Changcheng Hangkong; a joint venture cargo airline between Singapore Airlines, Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC) and Dahlia Investments Pte Ltd). 3. FAS Posts Hong Kong Exporter Guide to its Web Site

The USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) has posted to its Web site an attach report which announces the release of an exporter guide on Hong Kong with information on Hong Kong's market for U.S. consumer oriented agricultural products, its bourgeoning inbound tourism industry, and its potential as a front door for U.S. exporters to re-export its products to China and Macau, etc. (FAS attach report, posted 10/17/06, available at http://www.fas.usda.gov/scripts/gd.asp?ID=146249250)
